Just to add my 2 penneth worth ...

I have a DX2/66 with a 16450 connected to a 33K modem with the serial
speed set to 57K.  No problems at all.  It also acts as NAT machine and
I've not seen any errors even when doing fairly processor and/or disk
(IDE) intensive things.  It was running 1.3, now it's running -current
from Jan sometime.
