I believe that you want to link /dev/mouse to the serial port,
which in the COM2 case on NetBSD-1.3.x/i386 would be /dev/tty01.
The pms driver is for only the ps2 mouse, and serial port mice want
to talk to the serial port.  The mouse protocol escapes me, but
BusMouse is certainly not it.  You are probably looking for mouseman
or microsoft or some such.
