Ensure that the secr distribution is the same for both installs of NetBSD..

If you have the secr distrib installed on 1.2 but not 1.3.3 
(or vice-versa) you will also run into this problem.

I'm upgrading a mid-sized mail server from NetBSD 1.2 to NetBSD 1.3.3.  I just
dropped in the old passwd database (passwd, master.passwd, and the .db files)
and now the passwords no longer work.

Is there some kind of incompatibility between 1.2 and 1.3.3 passwords or..?

Please help - I don't want to call every single user and ask them for new
passwords before they can log in :-(
