How do I make my sound card work? NetBSD seems completely unable to make use
of it, audioctl just says /dev/audioctl not configured, and the same thing
happens upon boot:

isapnp0 at isa0 port 0x279: read port 0x203
isapnp0: <Creative ViBRA16X PnP, CTL0043, , Audio> port
0x220/16,0x330/2,0x388/4 irq 5 drq 1,3 not configured

A quick look at /sys/dev/isapnp/sb_isapnp.c reveals that the cards seem to be
identified (i know nothing about PC hardware, but I know C) by that CTL value,
and there is no entry for CTL0043. Is this because the driver doesn't work
with the card, did someone just forget that value or does noone know? Putting
it differently, will adding a CTL0043 entry make the card work? I run
NetBSD 1.3.2.
