What gets displayed at startup is:

	ROM PCI/ISA BIOS VERSION 2.2 (2A69KB3F)
		AWARD SOFTWARE, INC.

It says to press Tab to do something with [POST] (Power On Self-Test) or
Delete for [SETUP].  Doesn't look like there's anything "Phoenix" about
it...  And the setup menus are totally different from my Dell Dimension
XPS 333 system.

As for the position of the PCI slots, it's in a "mini-tower" enclosure,
and the cut-outs on the back panel are horizontal (parallel to the
floor), same as the above-mentioned Dell.
