Since my NetBSD box seems to handle IP-NAT hapily, with DNS and all the
goodies, I found out that it's time to start fiddling with settings until
something stops working. ;) So, how do I do dial-on-demand and if/when I get
IDSN: Bandwidth on demand?

Do I just need to look at the right manpage or do I have to install some
software I don't have yet?
