Why is the only man page for de(4) in the VAX docs?  Did the Tulip driver
never get documented?  I've been trying to figure out how to get a deX to
come up full duplex.  The de_ifvar.h table says "Full Duplex 100BaseTX",
but you can't pass that to 'ifconfig de0 media ...".
