Why do you assume this person speaks for all of NetBSD? He even stated
himself that he was expressing his own personal opinions. I get the
feeling that you already had your mind made up before you asked the
question. Either that or you heard one or two responses you didn't like
and you're taking it as a personal attack. 

Personally, if I needed your product and it was available as "object only" 
and well supported on a stable NetBSD platform, I would use it.
