Well, this got me as far as:

: crasse ; ./netscape
./netscape: error in loading shared libraries: libBrokenLocale.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

which is a nice step forward from the less helpful error
message Perry first complained about.  Now, where does one
get a libBrokenLocale.so.1?
