Hi,

In the process of testing a Quantum Atlas II Fast Wide Differential
drive with an NCR 825D adapter the process locked solid and I got an
abundance of the following error message:

  assertion "cp" failed: file "../../../../dev/pci/ncr.c", line 6489
  sd0(ncr0:6:0): COMMAND FAILED (4 28) @0xf08e4c00.

This is under 1.3.2.  Any ideas?
