I just made symbolic links `/dev/ttyv[0-7] -> ttyE[0-7]'
and then the Xserver worked on the NWSCONS kernel without changes.
NWSCONS has `WSDISPLAY_COMPAT_PCVT' option and
`backwards compatible PS/2 mouse' device.
