The setup in /usr/src/distrib/i386/floppies builds the ramdisk
and the floppy images.  "bootfloppy" uses the INSTALL kernel
(must already be compiled and ready in the compile/INSTALL
directory), "bootfloppy-small" uses the INSTALL_SMALL kernel.
