To add to this, the machine _is_ successfully pushing something with
that card -- it shows up to arpwatch when I ifconfig the card up, but
it cannot ping or be pinged.  I'm currently building a 1.3.2 kernel with
PCIC_ISA_INTR_ALLOC_MASK a little more restrictive, and we'll see what
happens...
