Yes, it does... however, I have the same problem when I disable the card's
PnP mode and configure it to use port 0x300, IRQ 10.

BTW, FreeBSD and OpenBSD have the exact same problem (I guess they all use
pretty much the same driver), while as far as I can tell, Linux works. I
didn't get enough of Linux running to actually ifconfig and ping, but at
least it showed the correct MAC address.

I can turn on DEBUG_ISAPNP, but I don't think it's a PnP problem... I
still have the problem when PnP is disabled. The BIOS is old and doesn't
know about PnP, and I don't know what resource settings the DOS tool uses.
