Does it get the same address range if the HD is in?
The 0x240 does not obviously conflict with the
HD, but perhaps there is some second order effect
which causes the PnP framework to choose
another setup.
It would probably help to get as much as possible from
the ISApnp ressource information (DEBUG_ISAPNP).
And perhaps the setting chosen by the BIOS (and probably
used by the DOS tool).
