See the change logs at www.netbsd.org for information on what has been
changed between 1.3, 1.3.1, and 1.3.2.

Sounds similar to myself... If you have the time, go for 1.3.2. If time is
scare, then just install 1.3.

I have 1.3 installed and will be going to 1.3.2 this weekend.
