Well, my mail/www/ftp server is still running 1.3_BETA, I don't have any
troubles with it.
Now, there has been a lot of fixes (including security one), and some new
drivers/new features in 1.3.2. For instance I would not use 1.3 on a shell
server ...
You can get the files
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.3.2/CHANGES-1.3.1
and
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.3.2/CHANGES-1.3.2
to see what changed between 1.3 and 1.3.2.
