The acroread shell script uses uname to check the system type in order
to figure out which binary to run. Just have it accept NetBSD as well
as Linux. You can do this by changing this section:

  Linux)
      ACRO_CONFIG=intellinux
      export ACRO_CONFIG

to this:

  NetBSD|Linux)
      ACRO_CONFIG=intellinux
      export ACRO_CONFIG
