There is some alpha software available that supports passive ISDN cards
using the Siemens chipset.  It (currently?) supports Euro ISDN only.

There is also a mailing list, namely freebsd-isdn@FreeBSD.ORG (don't be
mislead by the name, isdn4bsd does run with NetBSD, too).  Send mail to
majordomo@FreeBSD.ORG with "subscribe freebsd-isdn" in the body (_not_ the
subject) to be put on this list.
