I just got a Digital HiNote Ultra 2000 with a "built-in" 10/100 ethernet and
56K modem PCMCIA card, which is apparently a Xircom card.  The 1.3 and
-current GENERIC kernels seem to recognize the modem, but not the
ethernet.  Since I've seen others post problems with other "combo" type
cards, I thought I post to see if anyone knows anything about this
particular card.

1.  Is there a driver which might work with it that is simply not attaching
for some reason?  I don't mind poking around the source a bit, but if
there's not at least a mostly-appropriate driver, I doubt I'm up to writing
one from scratch. :)

2.  If not, is anyone working on one?  Just thought I'd ask.  :)
