Yes. Go to "ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/1.3/i386/All/" and
download these files:

jpeg-6a.tgz
tiff-3.4.tgz
xv-3.10a.tgz

Afterwards install them with "pkg_add filename" in the order in which
I listed them.
