I upgraded a news server to 1.3.1 (from 1.2) last night. The system has
64 MB RAM and four Seagate Barracuda disks (4 GB each) using ccd and an
Adaptec 2940 SCSI interface. Everything worked fine for 10 hour or so,
but now the people who can see the console say that the following text is
scrolling all over the screen:

ahc1: target 3 syncronization at 10.0MHz offset=0xf!

Also, the machine is v-e-r-y s-l-o-w and I can't seem to be able to run any
commands on it over the network (it has an IDE disk for the OS).

Is this a known problem of the 1.3.1 ahc driver (I'm using the generic
kernel, btw)? Do I have to go back to NetBSD 1.2 to get it working
again?

Thanks,
