There is a driver for it in the Shark (a.k.a. DNARD) source tree,
which is available off of the DNARD web pages.

You might look there.

For what I understand, the driver was originally developed on PCs, but
it needs a _lot_ of work to be made 'right' for the current state of
the system.  (It needs a lot of cleanup, and to be converted to use
bus_dma.)

I've actually got a couple of cs8900 ISA cards, and my intention is
eventually to make the driver work right on the i386 (again), but
that's very, very, _very_ low priority.
