Hi,

Few days ago I bought a SCSI card, AHA-2940UW, for my
system. I installed it and boot my NetBSD box. It read
kernel and started it. Then the console was broken. Only
one third of screen were used. First line was showed
normally. Second line was not showed. Third line was not
showed. Fourth line was showed from the middle column of
second line of current screen.

Is there any work around about this? I tried to use boot
floppy's kernel, my generic pc console kernel and my generic
vt console kernel. There were no differences.

I removed the card from my box. Everything works fine. But
I want to use SCSI card and SCSI HD. The card works fine
with Win95. So I hope that it has no problem.

In addtition when I used linux boot floppy, it works fine.
But it might not initialize the console.

It is not enough to succeed. Others must fail.
