Hello.

I have added a Cyclades Cyclom-Y 16-port serial card
to my netbsd-1.3/i386 system.  I do not see anything
in the cy(4) manpage nor in /etc/MAKEDEV to help me
make the device files for the serial ports.  There is
something about minor numbers in the manpage...  but
what major number is to be used?
