I've got this unbranded sound card in my machine that claims to the SB
compatible. `dmesg` says :
isapnp0 at isa0 port 0x279: read port 0x203
isapnp0: <PnP Sound Chip, @@@1001, , > port 0x220/16 irq 5 drq 1,0 not configured
isapnp0: <PnP Sound Chip, @H@1001, , > port 0x388/8 not configured
isapnp0: <PnP Sound Chip, @P@1001, , > port 0x200/8 not configured
isapnp0: <PnP Sound Chip, @X@1001, , > port 0x330/2 irq 9 not configured
In my kernel config, I have :
sb* at isapnp? # SoundBlaster-compatible audio
joy* at isapnp? # Game ports (usually on audio cards)
I tried adding '@@@1001' to sb_isapnp.c but that didn't help. BTW, the
machine doesn't have a PnP BIOS.
Thanks,
J
