No, but if you have an earlier XF86 sitting around it works.

Anyway, it is handy, though I had to build a custom kernel for my
laptop to get /dev/pms0 - anyone know why this device is left out of
the 1.3 i386/GENERIC kernel?

If you are stuck for XF86Setup, I can tar up a setup binaries that worked
for me.
