Oh, sorry if I wasn't entirely clear.  The 1.2.1 floppies are
only of use to you if you hadn't already upgraded your user-land.
In your case you most probably need a floppy with a customized
kernel e.g. one with the WSS (Windows Sound System) driver
removed.
