I've been loaned one of these cards.  I'm trying to figure out how I'm
supposed to program the i/o window for the Ethernet chip.  Linux's
card services package apparently supports this card, and it allocates
two i/o spaces for the card, but I'm not sure how the Ethernet chip's
i/o window gets programmed.

Well, I will say that it's a pretty braindead piece of hardware; it's does
two things, but has only one "pcmcia function".

Anyhow, I borrowed one of these cards from someone specifically so I could
work on this, because I know it's a _really_ common card.  Perhaps I'll
have time to work on the driver on the plane, on the way to DC for the
IETF (I did the "sm" driver for the non-combo Megahertz card in the plane
on the way to Munich for the last IETF :-)
