yes.  my main home development machine has one of these motherboards.

i have a P5-200 CPU and a seagate ST34572W 4.5GB ultra wide scsi hd
attached, and it works like a charm. however, the drive doesn't
negotiate for ultra scsi at this time (which is most likely a problem
in the ahc driver). even so, a raw dd off the disk exceeds 10.5MB/s
