Yes, it includes Taylor UUCP.

The config files are stored in /etc/uucp. You will need to create
them yourself; no samples are currently provided in the binary
distribution. (Yes, this is a bug.) You can just grab sample config
files and the manual from any Taylor UUCP distribution.
