Actually, this is an EtherExpress PRO/10+ (you can tell by the 00A0C9).
I'm not sure how this differs from the PRO/10, but I'm having similiar
problems with this card under FreeBSD. I can get the card to work at
0x300/5, but not 0x300/10.
