Greetings from the Grey Wolf's Corporate Hell.

I'm trying to get NetBSD up and running but am having severe
difficulties, due likely to 1.2.1 unsupported hardware (guessing
from the DMESG output); if anyone knows if this is to be fixed
in 1.3, please advise, thanks.

Summary:
3c905 card is not properly recognized
Display is not properly recognized (though it does come up)
Mouse is not recognized (and subsequently X won't run)
Several other nonexistent cards _are_ recognized.

Hardware:
	DELL OptiPlex GXi:
		200MHz MMX Pentium	CPU
		S3 Trio64+ Display
		3Com 3c905 Ether

System:
GENERIC kernel from 1.2.1 sources, 1.2.1 userland.

Everything else seems to "work". The original kernel panic()d with
"Clone devices not supported on isa0" (or some such), presumably
because I had foolishly configured a kernel with
	"ep* at isa0 port ? irq ?"
(requires ep0). First ethernet comes up as
ep1 at isa0
(why, I'm not sure, unless the kernel is mapping ep1 on the eisa bus
and just telling me it's isa0...). I'm especially boggled by the "no
connectors!" message.

I also cannot get XFree863.3 to work right, but I'm sure that's because
of the display incompatibility... [actually it just turned out that
X refuses to run in single-user mode :-(]

Is there a 1.3-- snapshot somewhere, or is 1.3 happening soon?

Could someone -also- please tell me (again) how to label the drive so
that [W95]:C: will mount properly? What offsets do I need, etc...?
[I have wd0h available for use for an MS-DOS filesystem, and I currently
have it starting at one track ahead of cyl 0 and extending to the start
of the NETBSD partition.]

The output from dmesg is shown below, annotated with exactly what I do
and don't "get".
