I was looking around for doscmd (a dos emulator) and all I found
was the FreeBSD version (doscmd-970320). Would there be an up to
date NetBSD version? 

The FreeBSD version would not "just compile". It also contained some
patches to the FreeBSD kernel to change the VM86 support. It was not
obvious to me if similar patches would be needed for NetBSD.

Can anybody shed some light on this?
