You might be better off just getting a DHCP client.  As of 1.3, NetBSD
will come with one, but I assume you don't want to upgrade, so your
best bet would be to go to ftp.isc.org:/isc/dhcp and grab the latest
DHCP snapshot.  I'm actually about to release a new snapshot, so I'd
suggest you wait a bit, but if you're in a hurry, what's there now
should work fine for you.  The NetBSD DHCP client and the Internet
Software Consortium DHCP client are the same thing, just packaged
slightly differently.
