What is the maximum filesystem size in NetBSD/i386?

I have a 23GB Seagate SCSI disk I need to use as one big
partition/filesystem...

Is there any way to extend a filesystem across several physical disks in
NetBSD?

(I'm currently running an 1.2E kernel)
