1) I would suggest trying to bring up a kernel without BIOSEXTMEM
   set. See what happens.
2) Are you sure that you have a clean set of sources and all tools are
   up to date?
3) You might want to see if you have the same problem under 1.2G -- at
   the very least, if we start debugging your problem, we will be able
   to apply the fix to -current. :)
