It will be on intel as well. The mac os will only be supported for as
long as it takes to get people to take up the new os. I don't see them
supporting the old hardware for long if rhapsody gets established well
in the "mac" camp people will upgrade their hardware and take the new
os at teh same time.

Well I have seen the demo. The 4.4 kernel is there and the developer
release should be available by august if what is murmered is true. So
most of the vapour will be solid by then but I imagine developement
will continue right up until january to meet all the little extras
that keep getting mentioned. Still its being developed at a very fast
rate.
