So, the question now becomes:  why doesn't this show up anywhere on the
PCI bus as probed by NetBSD (1.2D)?

I'm building a PCIVERBOSE/EISAVERBOSE kernel which might say some more
about the PCI setup, but I suspect it won't help much....  I'll know
more tomorrow morning.
