Hi, folks.

As of NetBSD-current/i386 supped on the early morning of
Apr.24 (GMT), the ISA com driver doesn't seem to have
TIOCMBIC ioctl. I remember it did at some time in the past.
Is this call something obsolete? If so, how can I keep RTS
off? The Casio's digital camera requires the RTS off to
communicate with a PC, and the free version of the link
software (qvplay, http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~XG2K-HYS/index-e.html)
uses TIOCMBIC ioctl to clear the RTS signal.

Thanks!
