I have a programmable keyboard (A Kinesis ergonomic keyboard, specifically),
and I've noticed that sometimes, after I've booted NetBSD, it gets a bit
reprogrammed.  Are we probing for keyboards or mice in a way which might
confuse a keyboard?

I have a PS/2 style mouse, and that is the only mouse device I have in
my kernel.  I know that the manufacturer's software to program the keyboard
has to disable the mouse to talk to the keyboard safely...
