I'd suggest you start at http://www.xfree86.org/3.2/QuickStart.html
and http://www.xfree86.org/3.2/RELNOTES.html . Then re-read
NetBSD.html.

If you still have problems after that, please include more information
in your message: the type of your VGA board, the command line you
use, the error messages you get and any other information that may be
relevant.
