No, 3.2 was released month ago, the first post 3.2 beta called 3.2a was
released 1 or 2 weeks ago.

Yes, I have a SPEA Mercury P64 with only 2MB RAM.

Yes, I would like to have 4MB, too. But two years ago when I bought that
card 4MB VRAM were very expensive.
