I'm almost done reworking the NetBSD if_ep driver to support `newer'
implementation on `older' buses -- like the EISA 3C592 combo, 3C597
10/100 and the 3c515(?) ISA 10/100.  If wants to pretest such driver
please contact me.

This changes involves significant re-division of the structure of the
driver.  I'll send another message when they get committed, in case
anything breaks.
