Subject: Ultra-Wide ahc, timed out in dataout phase, SCSISIGI == 0x0 ?

I added some badly needed diskspace to one news-server. The disks seem to
work, except for an occasional:
sd5(ahc0:6:0): timed out in dataout phase, SCSISIGI == 0x0
sd5(ahc0:6:0): BUS DEVICE RESET message queued.
Bus Device Reset Message Sent
sd5(ahc0:6:0): Bus Device Reset delivered. 2 SCBs aborted
ccd0: error 5 on component 4
ccd0: error 5 on component 4
ahc0: target 6 synchronous at 20.0MHz, offset = 0xf

Is this bad ?

Before I disabled tagged queuing the messages were much more frequent, and
they only seemed to happen if I were accessing the two-Fujitsus at the
sametime.

Also df is bit ugly now: (seems to be kernel-ffs_statfs that miscalcuates)
/dev/ccd0d 27741687 3174559 -19769629 -19% /var/spool/news

Dmesg, follows:
