Recently, after installing NetBSD 1.2, I discovered that
it seems that it is no longer possible to boot
from an alternate disk partition unless it is the
'a' partition. In the past, I was able to boot from any
partition of my choosing. I last had used this feature
under 1.1.
It makes no difference if the boot device in question
is a SCSI or IDE device.
Am I the only one seeing this behavior?
