The NE3300 was made by Znyx, Inc. for Microdyne, who "makes" it for
Novell.. :)  The NE3200 is probably very similar.  There is a packet
driver for a Mylex board that seems to be exactly the same as a NE3300,
as I was able to glean enough information to get the 'ed' driver working
with the NE3300.  You might be able to do something similar for the NE3200.
