I have been using this motherboard with no problems.

I have two 133MHz CPUs (only one of which is used under NetBSD, obviously),
64 MB RAM, two IDE drives, and an IBM 2gig Ultra Wide SCSI drive (DORS-32160W)
and a TEAC SCSI CD-ROM drive (CD-56S) connected to the 2940UW.
