I posted a message stating that I was working on it, and solicited folks
to help test the code.  I guess you must have missed that message.

I'll point out that everyone who asked for it got a copy.  IIRC, the
only people who asked were Charles Hannum, Chris Demetriou, and
Matthias Drochner.
