I used to get these on slower drives, but recently have not, prolly because
all the older drives died.  :)

If you just got these once or twice, I'd not worry about it if whatever
was using the disk at that time (daily?) didn't notice.  If it did, well,
that's a hardware thing.

My guess anyway.
